Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to and use of aiMenuu. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to act for the restaurant or organization you register.
The service
aiMenuu helps restaurant owners import an existing menu, review AI-assisted extraction, edit structured content, choose a mobile design, publish a phone-friendly menu, and generate a QR code for that menu. aiMenuu does not provide print-menu templates or print-menu downloads. The service also does not process restaurant-customer orders, delivery, reservations, or point-of-sale transactions.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account access, and all authorized activity under your account. Notify aiMenuu promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Your content
You retain ownership of restaurant information, menus, logos, images, and other content you submit. You grant aiMenuu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service at your direction.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content and that it does not violate law, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated extractions, text, image processing, and generated images may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing menu names, descriptions, prices, ingredients, allergens, dietary labels, images, and other information before publishing. aiMenuu does not guarantee AI output and must not be used as the sole source for food-safety, allergy, dietary, or regulatory decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content you are not authorized to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits except where law expressly permits.
- Do not use automated means to scrape the service or create deceptive, misleading, or spam content.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with a restaurant or publish knowingly false pricing or menu information.
Fees, trials, and billing
aiMenuu offers recurring monthly and annual subscriptions through supported payment providers. The price, billing interval, any promotion, taxes, and other purchase terms are shown before you authorize payment. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled through the applicable provider or another cancellation method we make available. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period unless required by law or stated in a specific offer. Losing active subscription status may disable publishing or other paid access while leaving account-management options available.
Public menus and QR codes
You control when your mobile menu is published and whether search indexing is enabled. Public menu links and QR codes may be viewed, saved, or shared by others. You are responsible for keeping published restaurant details, menu items, prices, descriptions, labels, and images current. A QR code points to the public URL; you must test the final code and placement before relying on it during service.
Third-party services
aiMenuu relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, storage, databases, analytics, communications, and AI processing. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service. aiMenuu is not responsible for third-party products you independently connect or access.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription through the available payment-provider or account process, and request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements. aiMenuu may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Unpublishing or account termination may make the mobile menu and QR destination unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every restaurant. aiMenuu is not responsible for owner-approved inaccuracies, guest reliance on menu or allergy information, third-party payment or service interruptions, or losses caused by a QR code or public URL that the restaurant did not test. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing terms and contact
Questions about these terms, billing, or the service can be submitted through the contact page. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Any legal entity, governing-law, dispute, or notice details separately presented by aiMenuu also form part of these terms where applicable.
