Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to and use of MenuAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to act for the restaurant or organization you register.
The service
MenuAI helps restaurant owners import, edit, design, publish, and share digital menus and QR codes. The current product does not process customer orders, payments, delivery, or point-of-sale transactions unless separate terms are introduced for those future services.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account access, and all authorized activity under your account. Notify MenuAI promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Your content
You retain ownership of restaurant information, menus, logos, images, and other content you submit. You grant MenuAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service at your direction.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content and that it does not violate law, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated extractions and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing menu names, descriptions, prices, ingredients, allergens, dietary labels, and other information before publishing. MenuAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output and should not be used as the sole source for food-safety or allergen decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content you are not authorized to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits except where law expressly permits.
- Do not use automated means to scrape the service or create deceptive, misleading, or spam content.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with a restaurant or publish knowingly false pricing or menu information.
Fees, trials, and billing
Paid plans, trial length, included usage, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules will be displayed before purchase. Those commercial terms become part of this agreement when billing launches. MenuAI must not collect payment until the final pricing and billing disclosures are published.
Public menus and QR codes
You control when a menu is published and whether search indexing is enabled. Public menu links and QR codes may be shared by others. You are responsible for keeping public information current. If slug changes are supported, MenuAI may preserve redirects to maintain previously printed QR codes.
Third-party services
MenuAI relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, storage, databases, analytics, communications, and AI processing. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service. MenuAI is not responsible for third-party products you independently connect or access.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements. MenuAI may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Production terms should specify export and deletion windows before launch.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Production terms must include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity provisions, and consumer-law carve-outs reviewed by qualified counsel before customers are charged.
Governing terms and contact
Before production launch, MenuAI must add its verified legal entity name, physical or registered address, contact email, governing law, dispute process, and any required regional terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
